Moves the current offset to another offset in the specified file.

int hdfsSeek(hdfsFS fs, hdfsFile file, tOffset desiredPos)Parameters

handle with one of the hdfsConnect() APIs. |
| file | The handle to the file. Obtain this handle with
one of the hdfsConnect() APIs. |

Return Value
Returns 0 on success, -1 on error.
