mc ilm export

Exports lifecycle configuration in JSON format to the standard output (STDOUT).

Run mc ilm export to export all object lifecycle rules in JSON format to STDOUT.

You can redirect the output to a JSON file for backup purpose. The JSON file can be imported back into Data Fabric at a later time, as and when required. Use the mc ilm import command to import object lifecycle rules into Data Fabric from the JSON file containing the exported object lifecycle rules.
