Assigning a Security Policy to One or More Volumes

About this task

You can assign security policy to one or more volumes associated with a fabric, via the Data Fabric UI.

Follow the steps given below to assign a security policy to one or more volumes.

Procedure

Log on to the Data Fabric UI.
Select Fabric manager from the dropdown on the Home page.
Click Security Administration on the Home page.
Scroll down to the Global policies card.
On the list of security policies, click the ellipsis under Actions for the security policy to assign to one or more volumes.
Click Assign Policy.
Select the fabric and one or more volumes to assign the policy to.
Click Save.

Results

The security policy is assigned to the selected volumes.
