Disabling an Object Copier Hub Rule

Describes how to disable an Object Copier Hub rule by using the Data Fabric UI.

Prerequisites

The Object Copier Hub rule has been configured and is enabled, that is the status of the rule is Running on the Data Fabric UI.

About this task

To stop data movement from the source buckets to the destination buckets as configured in the Object Copier Hub rule, you must disable the Object Copier Hub rule.

Follow the steps given below to disable an Object Copier Hub rule:

Procedure

Click Menu > Data Movement.
Click the Management tab.
Click the ellipsis in the Actions column for the rule that you want to disable.
Click Disable.
Click Disable on the Disable OCH Configuration confirmation dialog box.

Results

The Object Copier Hub rule is disabled. The status of the rule changes to Stopped under the Running column in the list of rules. The data movement from the source to destination stops.
