Enabling an Object Copier Hub Rule

Describes how to enable an Object Copier Hub rule by using the Data Fabric UI.

Prerequisites

The Object Copier Hub rule has been configured and is disabled.

About this task

For the data movement to take place based on the bucket mappings that you have configured for the Object Copier Hub rule, you must enable the Object Copier Hub rule.

Follow the steps given below to enable an Object Copier Hub rule:

Procedure

Click Menu > Data Movement.
Click the Management tab.
Click the ellipsis in the Actions column for the rule that you want to enable.
Click Enable.
Click Enable on the Enable OCH Configuration confirmation dialog box.

Results

The Object Copier Hub rule is enabled. The status of the rule changes to Running under the Running column in the list of rules. The data movement from the source to destination starts based on the rule configuration that you have enabled.
