Adding an SSL Certificate
If you want to access the HPE Ezmeral Runtime Enterprise web interface and the
Kubernetes web terminal using Secure Sockets Layer (https://), then you will need to add
an SSL certificate on the machine that will become the Controller host before running
the pre-check script. If you do this, then be sure to record the location and name of
the certificate. From there, be sure to use the --ssl-cert
and ssl-priv-key
options when running the pre-check script. See Using the Pre-Check Script.
If you do not perform this step during installation, then you can enable SSL connections post-installation by following the instructions in Enabling SSL Connections.
